What This Retreat Is
This is not a motivational seminar or a masculinity workshop. The Solid Man is a clinically-informed, therapeutically-held men's retreat that uses group process, somatic work, fireside circles, and guided experiences to help men break through the isolation, numbness, and performance that modern life demands — and find their way back to something real.
The Program
Arrival & Grounding
Welcome circle, intention-setting, breathwork, and establishing the container. We begin by creating safety and clear boundaries for the work ahead.
Afternoon arrival • Welcome fire • First circle • Shared meal
Breaking Through
Somatic processing, guided therapeutic experiences, and men's circle work. This is where the real work happens — where men confront what they've been avoiding.
Morning breathwork • Deep processing • Nature walk • Evening fire circle
Integration & Brotherhood
Integration sessions, outdoor experience, closing fire circle, and departure. Anchoring the insights and building commitments for the journey ahead.
Integration work • Outdoor challenge • Closing ceremony • Brotherhood commitments
This is where the armor comes off.
When men gather with intention and courage, something ancient awakens. Not aggression. Not performance. Something deeper — the part that knows how to feel, how to connect, how to be real.
