Expanded States of Consciousness Therapy
Some wounds live deeper than language can reach. We honor indigenous healing traditions and the profound capacity of medicine-assisted therapy to access the roots of what has been carried in our bodies and spirits.
Medicine Within Sacred Container
The nervous system encodes our wounds—storing them not just in memory, but in sensation, protective patterns, and the very way we inhabit our bodies. Traditional talk therapy can only go so far. What if we could gently navigate the gated passages of our deepest self?
Within a carefully structured therapeutic container, medicine serves as a sacred tool. It opens doorways that have been locked, revealing the places where we've learned to survive but not thrive. We use evidence-based modalities—Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic techniques—to navigate these expanded states with compassion and precision.
We combine Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with IFS-informed trauma resolution and somatic integration practices. Our approach is rooted in honoring both ancestral wisdom and modern neuroscience, understanding that healing happens at the intersection of the known and the sacred unknown.
The Journey in Three Phases
Preparation
Tending the Soil
Before we open doors, we prepare the ground. We assess your readiness, clarify intentions, and begin regulating your nervous system through breathwork and grounding practices.
Readiness assessment • Intention-setting • Nervous system regulation • Foundational breathwork
The Session
Crossing the Threshold
Within a structured, sacred container, medicine opens the doorway to your deeper wisdom. We remain present throughout, offering continuous therapeutic guidance as you navigate expanded states.
Structured sacred container • Continuous therapeutic presence • Medicine as catalyst • Guided exploration
Integration
Bringing It Home
The medicine experience is just the beginning. Real transformation happens through integration—journaling, bodywork, and ongoing therapeutic work to anchor insights into your daily life.
Journaling practices • Bodywork & somatic practices • Session review & processing • Ongoing therapeutic support
